EPropulsion Electric Motors and Batteries have a minimum $199 shipping fee due to oversize and hazmat requirements.

Some items may be stocked in a remote warehouse, and will take additional time to reach our customers. Shipping timeline will be noted on specific items.

All Free Shipping will be send Standard. You may upgrade to Ground or Priority in certain cases depending on the items ordered.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

TBNation offers Exchange for Product or Store Credit within a period of 21 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required from customers on all returns and may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee or return shipping cost adjustment. All aluminum kits and parts require a return shipping adjustment to refund due to size & weight. All International Orders are Final Sale*

Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order, Electric Outboards, or Discounted Clearance items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed cartography SD Cards are not returnable unless defective.

Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. For most items, customers can obtain an RMA number and process their return using the TBNation website. Customers may also obtain an RMA number by sending an email to Shipping@TBNation.Net or by calling 360-485-9462.

Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% or initial shipping cost adjustment.; please contact the RMA department for details.
